Delete Account

You can delete your University Guide account from inside the app via the Profile screen, then choosing Delete Account and confirming the action.

What gets deleted?

• Your user account and session tokens.
• Your education profile and preferences linked to the account.
• Favorites, saved searches, comparisons, and AI assistant conversations linked to the account.

If you cannot sign in

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to support@myuni.mysys.pro from the email linked to your account.

Notes

This page does not delete your account directly because it is a public page. Actual account deletion requires in-app authentication to protect users.
